Highly individualized services that help youth develop skills to be successful in the community. Services may be conducted one-on-one or in structured group settings.
Services are provided with the goal of enhancing the child’s level of functioning, quality of life, and use of social skills. Habilitation services are provided face-to-face in the child's home or community.

Services focused on reducing barriers to regular and positive school attendance through education, crisis intervention and other supports.
Service provided for an individual who is providing unpaid support/supervision for the youth. This service provides education and supports to the caregiver that preserves the family unit and increases confidence, stamina, and empowerment.
