• Managing day-to-day operations to achieve contracted-for results, including daily activities and fulfilling customer expectations and demands. 
• Adhering to the Indiana Code and Contract Requirements for the services being rendered 
• Employer related expenses such as benefits, employment taxes, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation coverage, etc.  
• Maintaining required credentials including background checks (must adhere to regulatory requirements) 
• Training (must adhere to regulatory requirements) 
• Owning, maintaining and managing equipment (including vehicles) utilized to provide services.
