Who We Are

Vantage Point utilizes various vantage points to help unlock youth and family potential.  In response to the community need in Indiana, experienced social service leaders came together  in 2014 and provided the vision and leadership for a solution: a unique relationship with youth  and families to identify and build upon strengths to allow the youth to remain in his/her home setting.  From this concept, Vantage Point was born.

Commitment to Quality Services

  • All services provided by Vantage Point are conducted with these critical guiding principles at the forefront: Conducting services in an ethical, culturally sensitive and trauma informed manner.
  • Performing high quality individualized services for youth and their families.
  • Continuing to improve business operations and outcomes for youth and family by utilizing Vantage Point’s performance improvement (PI) process to make data driven decisions, ensure compliance with contract/regulatory requirements, and validate outcomes for services provided to the youth and family.
  • Adhering to a service excellence philosophy by exceeding internal and external stakeholder expectations.
